An all-in-one, customizable e-commerce solution for small to medium sized businesses just starting out online. Includes 100 MB storage space, primarily 4 main pages with unlimited products displayed in catalog categories and sub-categories with shopping cart and order management. Also includes domain registration and hosting with 24X7 technical support.

Yours is an established business, you have a big catalog of products and your clients are other corporate and direct consumers. Then the Enterprise Plan is the answer for your needs. For medium or large-sized businesses that want to grow their sales and streamline operations with advanced merchandising, inventory management, and payment features. Start at this level if you will be selling services with scheduled billing or products that have multiple attributes such as size, color, or finish. Enables easy drop shipments, affiliate marketing programs, and online auctions. You can also create customer groups, and discount programs that reveal special pricing throughout your site after login.

What are the payment options / methods available to me?

You may make your payments to Intercatalyst through Check / DD / Cash. You may issue the Check or DD in the following name, "Eperium Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.", payable at New Delhi, India .

Can I change my plan option after joining?

Yes. You can upgrade from your current plan to a higher one up to "Professional". You can even skip levels and upgrade according to your business requirements. For example, if you are currently in the "Initiator" plan and wish to upgrade because your business is growing, you may upgrade to " Professional" or even "Professional". It all comes down to your choice and requirements.

Can I change to a higher plan option after joining?

Can I change to a lower plan option after joining?

Yes. We cater to your unique business requirements. If at any point in time, before your next billing cycle for the month starts, you decide to downgrade your plan; you can send an e-mail to our "Support Center" or you can send a request from your web-based back-office of your Intercatalyst account. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

What if I decide to discontinue?

You can close your account at anytime. Setup fees and domain name registration fees are non-refundable. Further, monthly fees are not refunded for the current month if you cancel your account prior to the end of you billing cycle. From the subscription fees paid for the rest of the months, the entire amount would be refunded by means of demand draft sent to your billing address.

How many web pages can be displayed on my website?

Your website will have primarily 4 main pages, namely your Home Page, About Us, Contact Us and Terms & Conditions. You will also have pages describing your products depending on the number of products that have been chosen for display, and the kind of layout chosen for those products. Overall, the size of your website will depend on your choice of plan and the number of products.

Do I need to know HTML or any programming language to set up my website?

No. You don’t need to know any programming language to set up your website. Only a very basic and beginner level knowledge of computers is required.

Can I choose from readymade website designs to apply to my website?

Yes. Intercatalyst has a variety of templates for website designs to choose from. You can choose any of them according to your desire / requirement.

Can I upload images and / or (readymade) html pages to my website?

Yes. Intercatalyst provides you the facility to upload any image and / or document(s) that you wish to add to your website.

Can I have my company’s logo on my website?

Yes, Intercatalyst provides you the facility to install your company’s logo on your website.

Can I make changes in the readymade layout and colors to suit my choice?

Yes. You can make changes in the readymade layouts to suit your requirements.

Can I change the look /settings of my website after it is functional?

Yes. You may change your website look / settings whenever you wish to, as long as you have an account with Intercatalyst.

Will I have a website email address? Like myname@mystore.com?

Yes. According to the plan that you have chosen, you will get the following number of unique email boxes:

Will Intercatalyst provide the email facility for me?

Yes. Intercatalyst provides you with a certain number of unique email boxes according to the plan that you have chosen. Please view the following table to see how many emails boxes are provided to you in each plan:

Can I have more than one email address?

If you join up with a plan higher than Initiator, then you will be provided with a number of email addresses according to the plan that you have chosen. This means that you will be provided with a larger number of e-mail boxes as your plan goes higher.

How many maximum email addresses can I have?

If you have joined up with Intercatalyst Initiator, then you will get a maximum of 1 email address.

If you have joined up with Intercatalyst Professional, then you will get a maximum of 3 email addresses.

If you have joined up with IntercatalystEnterprise, then you will get a maximum of 5 email addresses.

How many products can I display on my website?

If you decide to opt for the "Initiator Plan", you have a limit of displaying up to 50 products on your website. Your only limit is of storage space, which is 50 MB. In the higher level Plans, you have a space limit depending on your Plan choice, and not on your number of products. Your number of products displayed in every plan above Initiator is unlimited.

In what currencies can I specify the price of my product?

You have the option of specifying the price of your products in USD (US Dollar) only.

Can I display my products in categories and subcategories?

Yes. You can categorize your products in the "Initiator Plan" and above. You can also further sub-categorize your products in the " Professional Plan" and "Professional Plan".

Can I keep a record of my consumers like address and phone number(s)?

Yes. In the " Professional Plan" and "Professional Plan", Intercatalyst provides you facilities for maintaining your clients’ records.

Can my consumers / clients be given special offers as privileged / regular clients?

In all the plans, you have the facility of displaying a catalog called Featured Products for your clients. You may also advertise your Discounts and provide your clients Gift Certificates as regular / privileged customers depending on which plan you have registered for.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

What is a Domain Name?

The unique name that identifies a Web site. Example: "Intercatalyst," in the Web address http://www.Intercatalyst.com, .com, .org, .info, .co.in etc.

What is an IP address?

(Internet Protocol Address): It is a unique number consisting of 4 parts separated by dots, e.g. 165.113.245.2 Every machine that is on the Internet has a unique IP address - if a machine does not have an IP address, it is not really on the Internet. Most machines also have one or more Domain Names that represent IP Addresses in a form which is easier for people to remember. For example, the domain name www.example.com might translate to 198.105.232.4 as an IP address.

What is a DNS?

Short for Domain Name System (or Service). It is an Internet service that translates domain names into IP addresses. Because domain names are alphabetic, they're easier to remember. The Internet however, is really based on IP addresses. Every time you use a domain name, therefore, a DNS service must translate the name into the corresponding IP address. For example, the domain name www.example.com might translate to 198.105.232.4.

What is a Shopping Cart / Basket / Bag?

Usually called a "Shopping Cart", this word can be used interchangeably with "Shopping Bag" or "Shopping Basket". It is a software that operates on an online storefront. With it, the customer is able to browse the store, select items and put them in a virtual shopping cart. The "shopping cart" keeps track of all the items that a buyer has selected and wants to purchase. It then allows the buyer to proceed to a virtual checkout where payment is taken allowing the shopper to pay for the whole order at once.
